Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Store Team Leader to assist the Store Leader and management team in achieving the store's annual operating plan. You will coach hourly staff, recruit as needed, and monitor daily activities while representing Goodwill’s Mission, Vision, and Values to customers.

The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and process improvement, with a strong emphasis on ethical operations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a service-related industry (retail, etc.).
• Coaching and development of hourly staff and recruiting support as needed.
• Effective communication across multiple channels with customers and team.
• Strong customer focus and ability to represent the organization’s values.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.
