Meijer is seeking a store leadership professional to plan, direct and supervise day-to-day operations across departments, mentoring teammates and driving customer service excellence. You will handle staffing, training, and career development while ensuring sales goals and company standards are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; customer service and product flow experience is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, resolve conflict, manage multiple tasks and analyze information.

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentors and coaches team members to achieve customer service and sales goals.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure P&L responsibility, sales targets and shrink control.
