Meijer Inc. is looking for an experienced store manager to lead day-to-day operations across departments, mentor staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will drive store sales, manage staffing, and uphold company standards during peak hours.

You will leverage leadership and analytical skills to optimize financial performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of management experience in retail preferred.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• Experience staffing, hiring and scheduling to meet needs.
• Ability to analyze financial and sales data for decisions.

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentors and coaches team members to improve service and growth.
• Implements strategies to improve customer service and store sales.
• Maintains store appearance, product presentation and standards.
• Staffing, selection and training to meet staffing needs.
