Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team during shifts, coach staff, and help hire and train team members to ensure excellent service and store performance.
The position emphasizes bilingual capabilities, multi-language communication, and maintaining daily store functions, with a compensation range that reflects hourly pay and premiums as applicable.
Qualifications
- Experience leading customer service teams in retail.
- Strong knowledge of store operations and staffing.
- Hiring and interviewing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
- Ensure adequate staffing during peak business hours and coaching of team members.
- Assist in hiring, training, and performance feedback for staff.
- Ensure all orders and transfers are processed in a timely manner.
