Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, appearance, and operations. You will lead the team in servicing customers and be prepared to run the store during the Store Manager’s absence or various shifts.

Strong leadership, coaching, and hiring participation are essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with experience in managing store metrics and customer programs a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Spanish language ability highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels and programs in showroom.
• Assist store manager with staffing and goal setting.
• Support in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC orders.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance, equipment, and safety procedures.
