O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role involves leading the store team, managing shifts during the absence of the Store Manager, and driving excellent service for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Sales specialist training and certifications are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom, ensuring team execution of service programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours to optimize sales and service.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all transactions, returns, and exchanges are processed accurately and refunds issued correctly.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security checks as needed.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, lighting, and equipment; support store manager in daily operations.
