Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager's absence and opposing shifts, and will lead the team in servicing customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise service levels at the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, coaching, and peak-hour coverage.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure timely processing of returns, transfers, invoicing, and purchases.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits and premises.
• Maintain store appearance, equipment, and vehicles; handle other duties.
