Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and RSS Certification required.
• Assistant Manager Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and programs.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling during peak hours.
• Coach and mentor team members; ensure ongoing training.
• Participate in hiring processes and interviewing.
• Ensure phone etiquette and policy adherence.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly.
• Oversee returns, exchanges and refunds per policy.
• Manage day-end cash procedures and security checks.
