Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have official sales-oriented training certifications.
- Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required/desired.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish encouraged).
Responsibilities
- Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and coach team on service programs.
- Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and holidays.
- Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
- Oversee operations such as returns, transfers, and invoicing before products leave the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
- Perform opening/closing duties and security procedures as required.
