Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and guiding staff under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. The role includes leadership, training, and assuming full responsibility in their absence.

The Team Lead will strive to meet and exceed sales, service, and operational objectives, and may be a full- or part-time management employee. This role emphasizes customer experience and team development.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Lead customer service and staff training to maintain excellent shopping experience.
• Oversee POS transactions, discounts, refunds, loyalty, and opening/closing procedures.
• Manage inventory controls including receiving, pricing, damages, and physical inventory.
• Direct sales floor merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
• Control payroll including scheduling and time/attendance.
• Develop direct reports and reinforce customer service standards.
• Assist in protecting company assets through loss prevention.
