Goodwill Brand is seeking a Team Lead to support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and achieving budget goals. You will help open/close the store, handle daily bank deposits, and ensure the register has adequate change while addressing customer and donor needs.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience and a supervisory background or completion of the Team Lead Trainee program, along with ability to obtain required state/federal clearances.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service and one year of supervisory experience or six months as a Team Lead Trainee.
• Must be able to obtain required background checks (Act 151, PA Criminal History, FBI fingerprints).

Mansioni

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day store operations and performance.
• Open/close the store and manage daily bank deposits.
• Keep register stocked with adequate change and address customer/donor needs or complaints.
