Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Store Team Leader to assist the Store Leader and management team in executing store goals and annual operating plans. You will make decisions impacting customers, staff, operations, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include coaching hourly staff, recruiting support, day-to-day operations, and tracking sales and donations. Strong communication and ethical standards are required.
