Responsibilities

• Oversee sales floor activities, product rotation, and janitorial work.
• Delegate daily assignments and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Lead by example and maintain excellent customer service.
• Manage audits, training, reports, quality checks, and team performance.
• Flexibility to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Must prepare, secure and make deposits as well as change orders.
