Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and training may be considered.
• Must be able to operate POS and handle cash functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead front end and back room activities and be key holder.
• Train and develop retail team members to enhance customer service.
• Perform cashiering, banking, and register reconciliation tasks.
• Open and close the store per schedule.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
