Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is seeking a Team Lead to direct, train, and assist staff across retail, production, and donation functions, focusing on customer service, cash register operations, and inventory management under the Store Manager.

You will oversee pricing, sorting, and rotation of donated goods, coordinate donation intake, maintain cleanliness, and ensure accurate cash handling and safety compliance while supporting day-to-day operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of experience in operations, production, retail, or donation processing.
• Experience in customer service and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors, ensuring prompt service.
• Lead, train, and coach team members to support efficiency and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee pricing, sorting, and rotation of donated goods.
• Assist with processing donations and proper categorization and movement to sales floor or storage.
