Job summary

Rack Room Shoes in Easley, SC is seeking a Team Lead to assist in supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations, while ensuring 100% compliance with company policies. This role provides leadership, guidance and training to staff under the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager.

In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, the Team Lead assumes full responsibility for all store operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and sales objectives.

• Oversee POS transactions, pricing and refunds in line with policy.

• Lead merchandising, signage and store presentation.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling and attendance controls.
• Support loss prevention and protection of company assets.
