• Handle opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, and customer service standards.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing, promotions and merchandising.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling, maintain time & attendance records.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection measures.
• Develop staff through training and development initiatives.
