Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is the safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create, establish and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience. Maintain and reinforce current service level standards.
• All POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure; Sales, Discounts and Refunds; Loyalty; Open/Closing procedures.
• Inventory control responsibilities including shipping/receiving; price changes; markdowns; inventory counts.
• Sales floor merchandising and visual presentation to company standards; signage and promotions.
• Payroll control including scheduling and time & attendance; budget compliance.
• Training and development of direct reports; reinforce customer service standards.
• Loss prevention responsibilities for protecting company assets.
• Work towards understanding and managing day-to-day operations.
