Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations, lead staff, and ensure policy compliance. You will provide guidance and training to associates under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, stepping in as needed to maintain service excellence and store performance.

• Supervise day-to-day store operations in the absence of management.
• Maintain customer shopping experience and service standards.
• Handle POS transactions, discounts, refunds, loyalty and closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing, markdowns and stock integrity.
• Manage merchandising, signage, promotions and store cleanliness.
• Monitor payroll, scheduling, and attendance; support training initiatives.
