Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide leadership and training to store staff.
• Manage all POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure including sales, discounts and loyalty.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, pricing, markdowns and physical inventory.
• Direct merchandising and visual presentation to meet company standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll budget and attendance tracking.
• Lead training and development of direct reports and reinforce customer service standards.
• Support loss prevention and protect company assets.
