• Oversee POS transactions, sales, discounts, returns, loyalty, and opening/closing procedures.
• Manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, price changes and markdowns, stock integrity.
• Direct merchandising, floor presentation, housekeeping, and signage per standards.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and time/attendance; monitor payroll budget.
