Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers
• Create and maintain excellent customer experience; train staff; address customer issues with urgency
• Handle POS transactions per policy; manage sales, discounts, refunds; run loyalty and opening/closing procedures
• Oversee inventory control; shipping/receiving; price changes; markdowns; conduct physical inventory
• Lead floor merchandising and adhere to company standards; manage signage and promotions
• Prepare payroll-related tasks: scheduling, payroll budget, attendance tracking
• Train and develop direct reports; enforce customer service standards
• Oversee loss prevention policies and protection of company assets
• Aim to understand and manage day-to-day store operations
