You will coach staff, report to Store and Assistant Store Managers, and step in during their absence to maintain seamless operations. Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Provide leadership and training to staff; support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Oversee POS transactions in line with policy; handle discounts and refunds.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes and stock integrity.
• Lead merchandising, visual presentation and housekeeping to company standards.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll compliance and attendance tracking.
