Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and enforce company policies.
• Provide leadership and training to staff under the direction of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Manage customer issues with urgency to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee POS transactions, discounts, refunds and loyalty procedures per policy.
• Handle inventory, merchandising, pricing changes, and physical inventory processes.
