Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Provide leadership and training to staff; support Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve issues with urgency.
• Oversee POS transactions, pricing, discounts and refunds.
• Manage inventory controls, shipping/receiving and price changes.
• Support payroll, scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Lead training and development for direct reports.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
