It may be full- or part-time, depending on staffing needs. The Team Lead will be responsible for training employees, managing POS transactions, and maintaining payroll and attendance records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day store operations run smoothly.

• Oversee inventory control, price changes, markdowns and stock counts.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising per company guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and adherence to budget and policies.
