TJX Companies, Inc. in the United States seeks a Key Carrier to support store operations, stepping in as Coordinator when needed and assuming leadership in task execution.

You must have open availability, including nights and weekends, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding policies. You will coach Associates, help manage schedules, oversee opening and closing, and work with Management to address priorities.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and follow up on tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides appropriate coaching to Associates
• Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
