Qualifications

• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and supports store operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and ensures policy adherence.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are followed and staffing coverage is accurate.
• Coaches Associates and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Supports training and development of store team.
