TJX Companies is hiring a Key Carrier to act as a leadership presence in our Batesville, MS store. You will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, ensuring store operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides appropriate coaching to Associates
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
