Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks according to store plan and prioritizes as needed
• Addresses customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Communicates priorities and progress updates with management
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
