Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership and drive sales through strong customer service and operational execution. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure daily goals align with brand standards.

As a Key Holder, you’ll model Our Values, maintain product knowledge, and execute opening/closing procedures, while elevating the customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-first retail experience required.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate associates.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of store operations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and store issues.
• Provide individual and team feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and directions for the team on shift start.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and handling shipments.
