Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a motivated Key Holder to help drive store performance and customer satisfaction. You will support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks, while coaching teammates and maintaining product knowledge.

You will lead with our values, manage opening/closing routines, and ensure a safe, engaging in-store environment. Availability evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-first retail mindset and experience in driving customer experience.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for store leadership tasks.
• Willingness to work peak times including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and directions for the shift.
• Perform opening/closing routines and process bank deposits.
• Engage customers with personalized recommendations and product demonstrations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
