Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts incl evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift direction when associates arrive for work.
• Execute opening/closing routines and disseminate directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
