Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through effective store execution and leadership of daily tasks. You will contribute to customer experiences, product knowledge, and adherence to brand standards.

You will coach associates, manage shift directions, and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and a safe, engaging shopping environment for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store leadership tasks including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback to managers on performance and operations.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Maintain knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift direction and goals with the team.
• Execute opening/closing routines and bank procedures.
• Create connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floor set, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
