Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to move merchandise, operate store equipment, and tolerate cold/freezer temperatures as required.

Responsibilities

• Managing other Associates: assigning/monitoring performance, coaching the Hi Five experience, training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates; counseling of staff if needed.
• Store Administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, product transfers, paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor.
• Overall Guest Services: provide the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet Guests warmly, ensure store is prepared and ready for Guests at all times.
