UDF-MyScoop Branding in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, oversee shift operations, and ensure safe, compliant store performance while coaching and supervising staff.

You will handle guest service, DipSide prep, POS and gas transactions, stock and store maintenance, and reporting, with emphasis on teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in guest service or retail leadership preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coach shift staff.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise Associates, coach Shift Leaders, and assist with staffing.
• Handle store administration tasks and paperwork under Store Manager guidance.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items and operate the dip cabinet.
• Run POS and gas transactions and manage cash handling.
