UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager in Mason, OH to oversee daily store operations and ensure outstanding guest service. You will supervise associates, manage scheduling, training, and performance, while maintaining store conditions and compliance with all regulations.

The role requires the ability to handle POS and gas sales, cash handling, and to deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise Associates including coaching and training of Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Oversee store administration tasks such as ordering, weekly delivery reports, product transfers and paperwork.
• Ensure the signature Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly to drive satisfaction and return visits.
• Operate DipSide items and maintain quality of shakes, sundaes and other offerings.
• Control POS and gas sales, handle transactions and cash management accurately.
• Maintain stock, displays, freezers and equipment cleanliness and proper rotation of stock.
• Monitor security, safety and compliance with Tobacco/Alcohol Management and robbery prevention programs.
• Assist with maintenance of store equipment, refrigeration temperatures and overall store condition.
