Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest service and smooth daily operations. The role requires leading a team, managing store functions, and upholding safety and compliance while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

You will supervise associates, handle cash and POS operations, stock and maintain clean conditions, and train shift leaders to provide warmth and efficiency to every Guest.

Qualifications

• Must be scheduled full-time 37–40 hours per week, with 1st–3rd shifts.
• Experience managing other associates and coaching staff.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console; handle cash and transactions.
• Must be legally qualified to sell alcohol and tobacco.
• Excellent customer service and store maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, assign duties, coach on the Hi Five guest experience.
• Submit weekly delivery reports and manage store paperwork.
• Provide the Hi Five guest experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain product displays.
• Oversee POS, gas console, and cash handling procedures.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, safe store conditions.
• Ensure security practices and loss prevention.
• Maintain equipment temps and report maintenance needs.
• Accurate time-keeping and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
• English language communication with customers.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs and handle 21 lb dip cabinet items.
