Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Whitehall, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding Guest service by following The Hi Five experience, directing on-shift staff, and maintaining store operations. You will protect food and beverage safety, manage daily paperwork, and supervise activities to keep the store inviting and efficient.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, handling POS transactions, stocking, and enforcing policies while delivering a friendly, high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues.
• Must be legally qualified to conduct sales, including alcohol/tobacco where required.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and tolerate cold/freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, coach, and train shift staff.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork per management.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Operate POS and gas console; handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness and presentation.
