Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will provide leadership, training and direction to staff under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, stepping in when they are unavailable.

You will help drive sales, service and operational excellence, manage POS transactions, inventory, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention while guiding the team toward outstanding customer experiences.

• Proven managerial and organizational abilities.
