Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure 100% adherence to company policies. You will provide leadership and training to staff and step in for the Store Manager when needed to maintain service, sales and operational objectives.

You will oversee POS procedures, inventory, pricing, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention while promoting a high-quality customer shopping experience and team development.
