Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to assist in supervising daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies. You will provide leadership, training and guidance to staff, stepping in for Store Manager or Assistant Manager when needed.

You will oversee POS transactions, inventory control, merchandising standards and customer service excellence, while supporting scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations in conjunction with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to store staff.
• Oversee POS transactions, sales, discounts, refunds and loyalty programs.
• Maintain inventory control, pricing changes and merchandise integrity.
• Lead merchandising, floor presentation and housekeeping to company standards.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll accuracy and time/attendance controls.
• Support loss prevention measures and protect company assets.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales, service and operational objectives.
