Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create excellent customer shopping experience and reinforce service standards.
• Oversee POS transactions, pricing changes and refunds per policy and procedure.
• Inventory control including shipping/receiving, price management and physical inventory.
• Merchandising and store cleanliness, promotions and signage adherence.
• Payroll control: scheduling, time & attendance, payroll budget compliance.
• Training and development of staff, use of training tools and reinforcement of standards.
• Loss prevention and protection of company assets.
