Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader in Maine to drive exceptional customer experiences using our CHARM service model and lead a dynamic store team.

You will support management in achieving sales goals, manage day-to-day team activities, and ensure flawless store operations, including POS, merchandising, and stockroom duties. The role requires flexibility across nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the Crocs service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support store management to meet sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store readiness.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and initiatives.
