Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Team Lead, Sales (Full Time) to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and lead by example on the sales floor.

You will support store operations, mentoring teammates, and driving personal and team sales goals while promoting Crocs branding and customer engagement. The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs' core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, working with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegating tasks and ensuring timely follow-up while maintaining high service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
