Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs' CHARM service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Ensure daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store readiness.
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and initiatives.
