Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Store Team Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead daily store operations.

You will play a key role in opening and closing the store, overseeing cash handling, merchandising, and stockroom tasks while maintaining Crocs standards. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail experience, is flexible to work nights and weekends, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably with store leadership.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance.
• 18 years or older with desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the Crocs C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Lead a positive team culture by sharing ideas and supporting store management to hit sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and drive personal and team sales through effective selling and engagement.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store standards and security.
