Job summary

Crocs in Kittery, ME is seeking an energetic retail teammate to deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model on the floor.

You will assist in all store departments, lead by example to hit personal and team sales goals, stay informed about product launches, and share this knowledge with customers to elevate their Crocs experience. Flexibility for nights, weekends and extended hours is required to support the store during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience, preference for store leadership
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, stockroom operations
• Lead on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up
• Share knowledge about product collaborations and brand initiatives with customers
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control
