Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the CROCS service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to achieve sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up with high service standards.
• Stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives to engage customers.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
