Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preference for store leadership roles.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs CHARM service model.
• Foster a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback while upholding Crocs values.
• Assist in all store operations including POS, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom duties.
• Lead on the sales floor with store management to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely follow-up with high service standards.
• Act as brand ambassador, stay informed about product launches and collaborations, and educate customers.
